Shipment

Under normal circumstances, packages will be shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Our default shipping method is a traced UPS delivery with a no-sign policy. 

If you require a certified delivery through UPS Extra, additional charges will apply.

Whatever your chosen method of delivery, we will always be able to provide a tracking number so that you may follow the progress of your package.   

Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and postal fees. Handling and packaging fees are fixed but postal fees might vary according to the weight and dimensions of your order. 

We strongly advise grouping as many references as possible into a single order, we can not combine orders and each order will be subject to its own shipping fees. We are not liable for damages to goods once they have left our facility, despite this, we always do our best to ensure your purchase is as well protected as possible.
